Prepare Monte Rei’s AI Librarian.
Before you introduce it to anyone.
You are briefing a new member of staff, not configuring software. Five things make up how it represents you — what you know, who you are, how you look, how you answer, and where you guide people. Each is yours to publish.
Here is what I already understand about your organisation.
- Residents of Monte Rei benefit from the option of Monte Rei's in-house housekeeping services.
- The PGA Professional Golfer Team offers custom-tailored golf equipment fittings, adjusted to a golfer's current swing, to help achieve greater accuracy, increased distance, and improved ball flight.
- Monte Rei is a 400-hectare full-service resort on the eastern Algarve offering all the services of a 5-star hotel, just minutes from secluded beaches and lively towns.
- All Linked Villas include an evening turn-down service.
I don't currently have enough approved information to answer that confidently.
Answers come only from your own published material.
Every answer shows the source behind it.
Hello! I'm the Monte Rei Concierge. How can I help you today?
Your website has not been read yet. Nothing about your appearance has been established, and nothing has been invented in its place.
What we know

Who we are
How should it represent us?
Its name, how it sounds, and the words this business actually uses. Every line can be changed; edits save as you go.

The words used when a conversation is better continued by a person. These will move to How we guide once it is published.
How we answer
What should it do when it isn't certain?
Your Librarian never guesses. These four decide what it does instead — and they are the decisions your customers feel most directly. Choose an option on any line; it takes effect immediately.
How we guide
Where should a conversation lead?
Answering a question well is not always the end of it. This is where you will decide what your Librarian offers people next — and it is the one asset here you cannot govern yet.
When this asset exists, these are the decisions it will hold — authored by you, reviewed by you, and published the same way your appearance is.
- What you would like customers to doA short, ordered list of the things you want to offer — in your words, not ours. Arrange a viewing, find a nearest stockist, speak to an adviser: whatever progress means for you.
- When each one is offeredTied to the subjects you already publish, so an offer arrives after a question it actually follows from — and never instead of an answer you could have given.
- Subjects only a person should handleNaming the topics your Librarian must always pass to your team rather than answer itself.
- How forward it should beWhether it answers only what was asked, offers a next step where one fits, or leads toward it. Today it answers what was asked and nothing more.
Whatever you offer will be yours — your words, your destinations, your order. Salescape will not decide what progress means for your organisation.
